INSTALLATION
The Chrome Web Store review is still in progress. During the private beta, install the exact tested package manually.
Keep the extracted StockPopover for Chrome folder in a permanent location. Chrome links the extension to that folder.
Download the ZIP file and extract it. This creates a StockPopover for Chrome folder.
Move the StockPopover for Chrome folder somewhere permanent, such as your Documents folder.
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome.
Turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner.
Click Load unpacked, then select the permanent StockPopover for Chrome folder.
In Chrome’s Extensions menu at the top right, find and pin StockPopover. Sign in with your Google account.
MANUAL UPDATES
StockPopover shows an orange Update control and a panel notice when online services require the new version. Highlighting and local company identification keep working.
