Report a product problem

In the extension side panel, open Flag an issue. Review the description, optional context, diagnostics, and screenshot before sending. Remove anything you do not want included. The extension does not upload a locally detected failure until you open and confirm the report.

Ask for help without the extension

Email carlmalartre@minibiz.com from the Google account invited to the beta. Include the extension display version and a short description. Do not include passwords, tokens, cookies, brokerage credentials, private messages, or an unreviewed page screenshot.

Delete research conversations

Ask Official Docs lets you delete the current company conversation or delete all Ask conversation data owned by your signed-in account. Those actions do not delete your Google account, unrelated local extension settings, or a support report governed by its separate retention policy.

Request account and data deletion

Send an email with the subject StockPopover account deletion request from the Google account used for the beta. State whether you want only Ask data deleted or the full StockPopover beta account closed. A verification reply may be required before deletion starts; the request itself never needs a password or authentication token.

User-owned data will be removed or scheduled for removal from the systems identified in the privacy policy. Bounded security, fraud-prevention, legal, issue-report, or audit records can remain only for their disclosed retention period. Automatic deletion after one year of inactivity is planned, not active, and will not be represented as available until it has been implemented and tested.

Research limits

A missing highlight, unavailable official source, or TradingView symbol mismatch can be a product defect; report it with the expected company or listing. StockPopover and IR Atlas are research software, not investment advice, a live-price guarantee, or a trading service.
